Meditation

Meditation is the path to awakening. Through the process of meditation, one can discover one's inherent nature and develop a calm and confident attitude towards life and death.

The purpose of meditation is to awaken our mind, which is as vast as the sky, and to make us aware of this unchanging essence, and finally to enter the state of original enlightenment and purity.

Meditation can help us find our lost selves and free us from the shackles of habit. Through still and motionless meditation, we can correct our busy and scattered thoughts and immerse ourselves in the calm and steady ocean of our own nature.
